Filming Complete!

After much hard work, we have finally completed the production stage of The Squire and the Scroll!  We still have much work with editing and effects, however here is a short breakdown of some of the work that we have done so far.  Enjoy!

Commercial for LEGO City

Well, it turns out that our April Fool's joke wasn't actually that far from the truth...  We had entered two pitches to the LEGO City Stop Motion Project on Tongal.com, and had kept it as quiet as possible, not wanting to raise any false hopes.  Earlier today, however, us and four others were given $500 to make a commercial for the LEGO City product line!  We are really excited about this project, and we hope that we will also do well in the next phase, and earn more money towards The Squire And The Scroll!  While this does mean we will be taking a break from the Squire And The Scroll, if we are successful in the video stage, we could win up to $10,000!!  We intend to give this our best shot, and will be putting a lot of time and effort into this project.

The Squire And The Scroll Trailer - Out Tomorrow!

Since the first public showing of the trailer for "The Squire and the Scroll" at Bricks By The Bay, we have made some last minute touches, and will be uploading the video tomorrow!  Here's a screenshot taken directly from the trailer!

Bricks By The Bay Setup

After appoximately three hours of constant work, here is the final setup for Bricks By The Bay!  Since we arrived at the convention at 7:00 Friday morning, we've had a great time!  Aside from showcasing the set and giving a talk on Brickfilming, we've also had time to meet with plenty of other great fans of LEGO, play LEGOgames with them, participate in contests, listen to other talks, and just have good fun!  This convention has been a blast so far, and any good fan should seriously think about coming next year!

Bricks By The Bay and Behind the Scenes

As some of you will know, we have been preparing for Bricks By The Bay by finishing the trailer for The Squire and the Scroll, as well as preparing a speech on Brickfilming.  Here is a screenshot of the notes for the talk, as well as a behind the scenes picture of a shot from the trailer.
